Minuteman Press of Corvallis is Hiring a Customer Service Representative (FT) Near Corvallis, OR
- Respond to client requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records and document all client service activities and discussions. Must be organized and detail oriented.
- Guide clients in sales and decision making of sign, print, promotional, and apparel procedures.
- Training will be provided on our in-house software for quotes, order taking, and invoicing, as well as equipment training.
- Distribution of outstanding statements.
- Building sustainable relationships.
- Assist other departments as needed. We are a team based atmosphere.
- A minimum of 1 year proven experience in a customer service position is preferred but will consider training the right candidate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
